2005 Rickenbacker C64S in Mapleglo | Overview

Selling a limited edition Rickenbacker replica of Sir Paul McCartney’s bass circa C64S faithfully replicating the modification Paul made to his instrument at that time.

Details:

• Owned since ~2006, purchased from the original owner who bought it as a collector’s item. Likewise, I have not played the base and it remains a ‘case queen’.
• Beautiful matte Mapleglo finish with some nice figuring in the neck body.
• I would rate finish the instrument conservatively at a 9.5/10. Only wear is the “Made in America” sticker is starting to lose adhesion.
• All original documentation and accessories are unopened and included in the original silver tolex reissue case.
• A poster that came with the instrument is also included (not pictured).

It could likely use a set-up as it has recently been moved from a more humid environment to an arid one. I’ve chosen not to do this myself to leave the bass 100% unadulterated.
